Hooah!!!!Mr.Dingel and his water car has been around for 30 years but unfortunately it did not catch fire. The idea and the machine is really very revolutionary just like the “warp speed” technology in Star Trek. With this the filipino people is sitting in a trillion dollar potential wealth and beyond. But despite our awe, amazement and expressions of support so show our patriotism for this filipino invention why is still sitting around. Is it a conspiracy. Try this. First no filipino engineers and scientist and for that matter the foreign ones too are not convinced of an out of the box idea that a machine designed to run on hydrocarbons, oxygen and hydrogen can be fueled directly by water. The claimis that Mr. Dingel’s car has an equipment that split water into hydrogen and oxygen with the hydrogen used as fuel and oxygen into the atmosphere. Ergo, you have a hydrogen fuel poered car and clean exhaust of oxygen.
The big questions now arouse into that water splitting equipment. A lot of technically oriented people vehemently object on this water splitting equipment because their mind conditioned thru years of thermodynamics says that you need more energy(and money) to split water into hydrogen and oxygen. Yes you have hydrogen cars(hybrids) now it is still years away to commercial production.Unfortunately Mr. Dingel
for patent reasons does not want to give any hint how his water splitting equipment works. Thus hecannot get a modicum of support from technical people. And without any reputable engg and scientific endorsement big money investors and the government are reluctant to invest. Can we find a win-win solution? Why not? From ordinary juan and pedro like me, maybe a demonstration will suffice. Why not try this? Some suggest Mr, Dingel run his car in a racetrack. Nobody will go near his car except those who are going to give him the water as fuel, once his car stops. One skeptic says, there maybe extra fuel(gas or diesel) tanks. I think Mr. Dingel must be fair to allow inspection for extra fuel tank. If his car keeps on running just by water then it is the best proof of workability though without any scientific review of his peers. Similar procedure may also be made for other purposes such as water pumps, electric generators, etc If Mr. Dingel allows this, people will not care about scientific feasibility once they are convinced that they can run their cars or light their houses with Mr. Dingel’s water fuelled engine. By the way, the hybrid(hydrogen) powered cars in the market are on experimental basis and still developing ways how to reduce cost of generating hydrogen. Repeat under present technology of electrolysis, you need more electricity to split water into hydrogen and oxygen than to combine it. Still way way expensive than hydrocarbon fuels. Will Mr. Dingel accept the challenge?

Daniel Dingle’s water car is amateurish. He could not even explain his invention.
Yes his invention works but it produces NaOH and Cl gas, quite nasty and messy.
I think his a moron to think that he can profit with his invention by getting it patented. He’s fighting the richest corporations, organizations and individuals that are profiting from us buying gasoline and oil.
If he’s a true genius and a true patriotic filipino, he would spread the know-how to all the average Juan de la Cruz in our streets.

Low-temperature fusion of HHO could explain how Daniel Dingel is able to get more power out of his process than can be accounted for by simple electrolysis reaction:
The molecular mass of H2O is 18g/mol
1 litre of H2O corresponds therefore to 1000g/(18g/mol) = 55 mol
55 mol of H2 has a volume of 1244 litres (22.41 litre/mol)
1 litre gasoline has a heat value or a calorific value of approximately 44 MJ.
The 1244 litres hydrogen would have a heat value of
(1244 litres of /1000 Liter)*10,8 MJ = 13.43 MJ
The relationship from gasoline to hydrogen would be: 44MJ/13.43 MJ = 3.27 (= approx.. 3)
This would mean that the Toyota Corrolla of DIN gel with one
accepted gasoline consumption of 9 litres gasoline on 100 km
9 Liter*3,27 = 29.4 litres water in same relation to it would need.
If Dingel with water puts a distance back of 500 km, this would mean that he would actually need 5*29,4 litre = 147 litres water, if the hydrogen would be produced by electrolysis.

As to: Anakpawis Says: Daniel Dingle’s water car is amateurish. He could not even explain his invention.
I ASK THIS MOST INTELLIGENT PERSON THIS: PLEASE TELL US ALL — HERE — ONE BIO-CHEMICAL PATHWAY WHICH EXPLAINS WHY ASPRIN WORKS TO RELIEVE PAIN? I know you cannot — because even with the best of science today — it has never been fully understood, and thus explained — yet It Is Accepted.
We have been working with a very simple formula for which all three ingredients are common in medicine and individually well understood. But when in combination, with specific amounts employed (and I do mean specific) — we have been able to either completely, or nearly completely Reverse All Stroke Symptomes (ALL) — via iv treatment — even after years of the condition persisting. I will say however — where muscular atrophy is present — the person will have a period of recovery, as to the rebuilding of this structure — Can we Explain it… Not Even Close… Are We Quacks — Yes — in the eyes of those that profess SOndemnation — prior to Investigation, and is why we are initiating full clinical trials in the near future… Stay Tuned Non-Believers.

I already met and saw Mr. Dingle personally demonstrate his “water-as-fuel invention”. I was working with my former car company then. This was last 1992 pa. He just kept on demonstrating and it really worked! The car did run on just plain tap water as fuel. Last thing I heard about Mr. Dingle — whereabouts unknown. Some say he’s now hiding in the US and was already paid off to keep silent, as big oil companies and the oil industry itself were immensely threatened.
Incidentally, and should I say, very interestingly, India is now coming up with exactly the same principle and invention that they want to share to the world.
Tsk3…sayang tlaga galing ng filipino..sna wla n tyo problema sa mga oil price hike n yan! Sarap sna sabihin: “I-fu-full tank ko lang ulit auto ko galing gripo!”
Nov 19th, 2007 at 8:18 am
That’s my take, I think money talks again this time.
I really hope Mr. Dingle steps up and bring that invention out again. We have an electric jeepney running in Makati streets. I see no reason why Mr. Dingle can convert any one jeepney to run on water.
Masa na gagawa ng mga news para makita and kauna-unahang sasakyan gamit ay tubig lamang beyahe Cubao to Alabang.

Mga kababayan,
Wag na kayong magtalo o magduda kay brother daniel, Just consider your car battery which has been around for so many years. Alam ba ninyo na when ever you or the car is charging the car battery, it is producing hydrogen gas! Mr. Daniel was just one of the first one who realize that this chemical reaction that is going on in the process of charging the car battery could be put into good use. Now sino sa inyo ang may gustong magpa-patent ng car battery na have been around for a good many years. He, he, he, Walang secret formula dito. Why do people want to complicate this. Alam ba ninyo na from 12 volts which the battery supplies the car, it is converted to 20,000 volts to fire the ignition system by way of the ignition coil. With 20,000 volts going to the spark plug sino sa inyo ang magdu-duda na it cant split the water bond of hydrogen and oxygen. Bakit hinahanapan ninyo pa ng scientific explanation. For all you know, He is intentionally holding back because of the simplicity of this, also he has financial interest too. You cant blame the man for this because its just natural for someone to want to benefit from his work.
This thing which people now call a REACTOR ( to mask what it really is) is just a modified car battery. All you need to do is to make a way to collect the hydrogen it produces while charging the plates. When and if you have done this, head to your trusted mechanic to convert your car. I surmise that those who have converted their car to run on LPG will already will find this information a blessing. Paki usap lang mga kababayan, this info is for the benefit of the filipino people only. Do not tell our secret to foreigner.
Now, ayon sa books from the public library, hydrogen is 6 times more powerful than gasoline. Which means you would cover more mileage using hydrogen than using gasoline which in the first place you have produce for free. There is no secret electrolyte to use or even secret catalyst.
I stumbled on this application 37 years ago but was too scared of what oil companies might do. Dont make the same mistake I did, make your own hydrogen generator kit and show everybody close to you how to do it.
Apr 13th, 2008 at 5:31 am
anyone who knows who builds or produces “hydrogen generator kit” in the Phils?

Its funny how people think that a great invention like this is a hoax. He made his invention to help the Filipino people & others as well, with gas prices going up every single day, we have to find a way to put a stop to this unnecessary cost. Having a car shouldn’t be a luxury, it should be a necessity.
Now I don’t know why the Philippine Govt. still have no plans of supporting this great invention, my guess is that large companies like SHELL, PETRON, & CALTEX, are to blame, imagine if everyone has a water-powered car, everyone has access to water, as a result, petrol companies will go broke.
Now for those environmentalist out there, this would definitely help against Global warming, no more C02 emissions.
People took the wrong path by choosing gasoline over electricity when cars were invented, let’s try to make things better by choosing that right path this time, let’s help & support Mr. Dingle in every possible way that we can, spread the news & hopefully in the future, we wouldn’t have to worry about gas prices anymore.

I am an OFW willing to spend my lifetime savings to mass produced this water fuel generator by Dingel. Unfortunately, i think the Japs have caught up with the same idea as Dingel’s. Now recently in the news is the water fueled car developed by Genepac from Japan. I heard about Dingel’s invention when i was still a boy and everybody just laugh at it. Dingel in his interview said that his invention is for humanity and if water fuel has been utilized since 1969, we would have prevented global warming. It was very clear in his interview that IMF and the World Bank had stopped him from developing his invention when the Philippine Government told him not to pursue his invention as advised by the IMF and World Bank. This is real power play by big oil companies and the world suffers.

How much would it take to build a water-powered vehicle to prove Mr. Dingle’s invention? Is there any law in our country right now that retricts to do so? Start building more and prove that it is not a “Hoax”. Well, the theory behind is not a hoax but needs more engineering innovation to perfect the idea. Anybody out there willing to finance Mr. Dingle? Let us not wait our Government to act upon, let us go underground!

this is BS. inventing a water-powered engine is bigger than the filipino people. imagine the impact of this to our environment, let alone the whole world. if his invention is truly real (and yes i’m doubting it), he should share/give it out…. or make money out of it. however keeping it in his garage w/o actually producing this for others (mass production) to use is pure irresponsibility to mankind.
