Did I hear that right, how stupid is that? Winston Garcia is pursuing a lawsuit for a major takeover on Meralco? He must be kidding I still remember when I was taking up my master’s degree, three of my classmates were employed and are holding up high positions at GSIS. All of them knew how corrupt and how poor leader Mr. Winston Garcia is. Man! I can’t believe that he’s really trying to take over Meralco, he’s hilarious he can’t even run GSIS properly and now he’s trying to grab more. Ummm, am I hearing lifestyle check here, anyone? Please do us a favor….
