1)Drink a lot of fluid. Most of you muscle is water. If you are fully hydrated, the size of your muscle will increase
2)Decrease rest time between set. You heart will work harder and more blood will pump into your muscle
3)Go heavy. Use weight that is around 80% of your 1RM (one rep maximum)
4)Superset – go slow on the last set. Use lighter weight and spend 4-6 second. You will feel the extra tightness right away
5)Use No xplode. NO is the supplement that will expand your blood vessel. More blood, oxygen and nitration will delivery to your muscle. You will feel the different right away.
