Miss teen USA 2006 Katie Blair. The first ever to have a beauty pageant title from Montana, USA. Montana had been the only state in the competition’s 23 year history never to have had a semi-finalist. Katie Blair’s winning became controversial when she was awarded as Miss Teen USA, the controversies was prior to her final interview answer, that for some was an incorrect answer.
In December 2006, Blair was the subject of publicity when she and Miss USA 2006, Tara Conner, were rumored to have been publicly intoxicated along with Miss Universe 2006, Zuleyka Rivera, on Rivera’s birthday. A source also claimed that Conner and Blair had kissed and danced on the table in a sexual manner.
