Subic Rape Case Nicole Victorious Smith Guilty
Suzette ‘Nicole’ Nicholas is victorious! Daniel Smith was found guilty beyond reasonable doubt for raping Nicole. Unfortunately the other three accused US marines namely Chad Carpentier, Dominic Duplantis and Keith Silkwood were acquitted. This was a triumphant day not only for Nicole but also for the Philippines and to all her countrymen. It’s been a year since the case was filed under the Makati regional court. Nicole was reported raped by Daniel Smith inside a van, after the she was raped she was thrown out in the car like a pig. Nicole was on a vacation that time in Subic with her cousins and relatives. That same time the USS Essex was anchored at the Subic port for the Us-Philippines visiting forces agreement. That’s when he met Daniel Smith, and his comrades. There have been a lot of speculations before the sentence was declared whether all of the accused will get an acquittal or all of them would be charged guilty. There’s also some rumors that it was consensual sex. Even though the case has been closed and sentenced noone really knows what had happened on that night. Only God knows.

The conviction of Smith is not a triumph for the Philippines. It is was a triumph of Ms Nicolas and the PRO-COMMUNIST-Terrorists activists Gabriela, bayan muna and other leftists group. Most Filipinos expresses their symphaty to Mr Smith rather than Ms nicolas. I am a student from a university and i together with my classmates conducted a survey and here’s the result:
9 out of 10 believe that smith is innocent while the remaining 1 are those those who symphatized nicolas and those who are not sure who’s telling the truth.
there are other forums in some websites about the case and indeed many don’t believed Ms Suzette Nicolas was raped.

I certainly do consider Daniel Smith to be GUILTY and so did Philippine law. He is now a Convicted Rapist.. thats why he was sentenced to 40 years imprisonment..
There were Medical experts.. bought in to testify about the Injuries sustained during the ordeal.. Bruses and damage done to Nicole was consistant with rape. One of the Doctors was highly qualified.. and has previously attended court during other cases.
As for the drivers statement.. His initial statement stated that they (soldiers) Gang raped Nicole.. he later retracted that statement.. when he realised he would be implicated in the case.
He was charged.. but later released… thats why he changed his statement. It was the Defence team (smiths) that didnt want the drivers initial statement released.
There were plenty of other witnesses.. 23 of them… The soldiers.. Sisters.. staff… witnesses.. The Prosecution team ( Nicoles) wanted to bring in more witnesses.. but the defence team didnt agree to any extra “Surprise Witnesses”.
I believe that Daniel Smith got a fair trial… as did the US AMBASSADOR Kristie Kenney

Nicole Is the Victim of rape.. The Rapist name… is Daniel Smith… If this rape had taken place in any other country the Victim of the rape would be the one that gets supported..
Its strange to think that there are some that would support a Rapist … and not his victim….
Daniel Smith carried Nicole to the Van.. over the next 25 minutes raped her held her down and inflicted brutal injuries to her… all while being encouraged by his brave U.S Servicemen Buddies. Then Smith abused her and two of them dumped Nicole in the street by the Pier Half Naked… They Threw her underwear nearby with a condom still sticking to it.. and ran off.. This was witnessed by more than 12 people on the Pier.
Two of them contacted the Shore patrol police and reported a suspected Rape…
The Evidence presented in the court.. by 23 witnessed was overwhelmingly against Smith… He was found Guilty and is now a Convicted Rapist.
The sympathy i feel is for the Victim.. not the Rapist.
