Jeffrey Sebelia - Los Angeles based punk designer who wears his tattoo coiled around his neck, his pants cropped and his passion on his ragged sleeve last night was named winner of the third season of Bravo TV’s reality hit “Project Runway 3″. Sebelia beat finalists Uli Herzner of Miami, Michael Knight of Atlanta, and Laura Bennett of Manhattan, all of whom presented 12-piece collections at Olympus Fashion Week in September.
